Booking and Reservations
- Eligibility:
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room. A valid government-issued Photo ID or passport is required for all Check-In.
- Payment Policies:
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan selected.
- Rates are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made 72 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date will incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in:
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued Photo ID and the credit card if used for booking upon check-in.
- Check-out:
- Check-out time is by 11:30 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
- Guests must settle any outstanding charges before departure.
Guest Conduct
- Noise Policy:
- To ensure the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without a refund.
- Pet Policy:
- Pets are allowed. Guests are required to inform the hotel at the time of booking if they will be bringing pets. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
- Responsibility for Personal Belongings:
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
- Damage to Property:
- Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to hotel property. Charges for damages will be applied to the credit card on file.
Hotel Services and Amenities
- Included Services:
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Daily housekeeping is provided.
- Facilities Use:
- The Sauna and Steam facilities are available for registered guests only. Guests must adhere to posted rules and regulations.
- Additional charges may apply for services such as laundry and sauna and steam facilities.
Liability
- Personal Injury and Property Loss:
- The hotel is not responsible for personal injury, accidents, or loss of personal property.
- Third-Party Services:
- The hotel may offer services provided by third parties (e.g., tours, transportation). The hotel is not responsible for the quality or safety of these services.
Privacy
- Personal Information:
- The hotel is committed to protecting guest privacy in accordance with the privacy policy. Personal information collected during booking and stay will be used in accordance with this policy.
- Consent:
- By providing personal information, guests consent to the collection and use of their information as described in the privacy policy.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
- Right to Modify:
- The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the hotel’s website.
- Notification of Changes:
- Guests are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of hotel services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration, subject to the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
