Hotel Thamel Park is not liable for loss of personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence of the hotel.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled arrival date receive a full refund of prepaid amounts, subject to the rate and package conditions of your booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival may incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows are charged according to the confirmed reservation terms.
Non-refundable rates, promotional packages, and group bookings may carry different cancellation terms, which will be stated at the time of booking.
